Marketing Audit
Know what’s working and what to fix before you spend more.
If you look after your own marketing, it can be hard to tell whether you need to do more or make better use of what you’ve already got.
I’ll review your current marketing and recommend the changes I think could make the biggest difference for your business.
You’ll get clear, prioritised recommendations showing what’s working, what could be improved and what I’d tackle first, with practical examples and a call to talk it through.
$400 | One-off review | No ongoing commitment
Make more of the marketing you already have.
You might have a website, social pages and a few other things on the go, but still be unsure where to focus. Perhaps enquiries have slowed, a new competitor has appeared, or you want a second opinion before spending more.
The audit gives you an experienced outside perspective and a manageable set of next steps, without committing to a full strategy or ongoing support.
I'll start with your goals, customers and the time and budget you have available. From there, I'll review your website, up to two social channels and your Google Business Profile where relevant, alongside a light look at your competitors.
That might mean spotting an unclear offer, a difficult shopping journey, useful content that's hard to find or an opportunity to make more of what already sets you apart.

Mini Monkeys. Building off a strong foundation.
An example of the audit
Mini Monkeys is my sister's Wānaka-based online baby and children's store. The brief was to identify practical opportunities to grow sales and give her a clearer overall vision for her marketing.
The business already had familiar brands, excellent reviews, useful guides and free local delivery. The review focused on making those strengths easier to see, with simpler shopping, specific search-content fixes and more relatable content.
One key opportunity identified was to bring the local delivery message to the forefront as this is such a key benefit for time poor mums: “You can still shop local without leaving home.” It's a more useful message for a nap-trapped parent than a free delivery note alone.
The example covers the review and recommendations, not implemented changes or sales results.
Mini Monkeys Marketing Audit
You can still shop local without leaving home.
Three key recommendations from the review
01
Make the website easier to shop
Simplify navigation, make the search bar more obvious and add a Guides & Tips tab.
02
Improve SEO
Updating titles and descriptions, tidy outdated search wording and make Mini Monkeys easier to find online.
03
Make social content more relatable
Connect local delivery with midnight dummy orders and baby gifts without another errand. Add useful product demonstrations and comparisons.
